BASIC PRINCIPLES OF THE SYSTEM<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Internal Information System provided to its stakeholders by EVIDENCE AUDITORES SL complies with all the requirements established in Law 2\/2023. This System allows for written or verbal communication, or both. Information may be provided in writing, via postal mail or through the SAY US App enabled for this purpose, or verbally, by telephone or voice messaging. At the request of the reporting party, information may also be provided in person within a maximum period of seven days. Communications will be recorded, and the processing of your data will be subject to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. <\/span><\/p>

In addition to our internal channel, you can access external reporting channels with the relevant authorities, specifically the Independent Authority for the Protection of Whistleblowers (AAI), under the Ministry of Justice, either directly or after communicating through the corresponding internal channel. (Ministry of Justice) When making the report, the whistleblower can indicate an address, email, or secure location to receive notifications. The app has a system for generating a username and password so that anonymous whistleblowers can access notifications while maintaining their anonymity.<\/span><\/p>\n

Without prejudice to the rights to which you are entitled under data protection regulations, the informant may verify, rectify, and accept the transcription of verbal communications.<\/span><\/p>\n

Access to personal data contained in the Internal Information System will be limited, within the scope of their powers and functions, exclusively to the data controllers established in Law 2\/2023. Such data will be processed in accordance with the terms established in said law and current legislation on personal data protection.<\/span><\/p>\n

Anyone who submits a communication through this System has the right to have their identity not revealed to third parties.<\/span><\/p>\n

No data will be obtained that would allow the identification of the informant, and we have appropriate technical and organizational measures in place to preserve the identity and guarantee the confidentiality of the data corresponding to the affected individuals and any third party mentioned in the information provided, especially the identity of the informant if they have been identified.<\/span><\/p>\n

The identity of the informant may only be communicated to the judicial authority, the Public Prosecutor's Office, or the competent administrative authority within the framework of a criminal, disciplinary, or sanctioning investigation.
